SHIPPING
PROCESSING TIME
Domestic shipping typically takes 0 to 3 working days.
Our processing time is typically under a day, however, please allow 0 - 5 working days for your order to be processed if you haven't received it.
During sales and high volume periods, processing time may reach 6 - 10 working days.
Processing times are not included in your estimated delivery time at checkout.
SHIPPING RATES
Domestic Orders over ₦100,000 are delivered for free.
General shipping rates vary and depend on the delivery method you select at checkout.
DISPATCH NOTIFICATION
If you have not received a dispatch/delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date, please ensure the processing time has elapsed and notify us by email at orders@pillagon.com. Remember to include your order number.
UNDELIVERED ITEMS
If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 working days before contacting us as packages may have been delayed by your selected courier service.
Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. We however will do our best to help you wherever we can.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns for refunds, however we may accept returns for product exchanges.
Email us at returns@pillagon.com with your return request. Please ensure that you include your order number, the specific item you intend to return and its size, as well as the reason for the return. We will get back to you with further details once your return request is granted.
It is entirely up to you how you return your order, however we would strongly advise you to have your parcel insured when sending, as we will not credit for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when returning your order items as it may be required.
Please note that we do not refund any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Depending on the processing stage of your order, you may be able to cancel it.
Order cancellations are only guaranteed if done within 15 minutes of order placement.
In order to place a cancellation request, please send an email to cancellations@pillagon.com.
